A professional photographer, under our direction, will photograph the property, shoot rooms, details and outdoor angles which provide a comprehensive view of the home, its finishes and setting. We take great pride in our brochures which we believe are the best in the industry. Our internal marketing associate will design a brochure using the professional photographs of the property and a carefully written text, highlighting its strongest features. Given the escalating proliferation of direct mailing, the brochure will be mailed without an envelope in order to maximize the visual impact of the brochure and attract more interest in the property. Brochures will be mailed to our mailing list of 4,900 targeted households in the area, which generate broad word of mouth exposure to their friends and associates.

The Miami Herald local and international advertising
Both local and foreign buyers rely on The Miami Herald for their local real estate searches, more than on any other print media or internet site. All of our Sunday Miami Herald Real Estate Section ads now appear in the Spanish language Bienes Raíces insert as well as in the Wednesday International edition of the paper, with a readership of 120,000 in countries such as Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and the Caribbean. Subscribers in Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela, among others, receive the Sunday Real Estate Section and Business Monday, with a one day delay.
We have also purchased enhanced broker packages in The Herald’s Miami.com and herald.com real estate websites.
