Shelton Bernace

Tere joined her mother Teresita Shelton, following 14 years with the Latin American Corporate and Investment Banking Groups of Barclays Bank PLC/Barclays Capital. Tere was Director for the Andean/Panama (1991 to 2000) and Southern Cone (2000 to 2002) regions. Tere holds a BA in Art History from Yale University as well as a Masters in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, a/k/a Thunderbird. During her 14 year tenure at Barclays, Tere was responsible for managing the bank’s institutional relationships in her regional areas of responsibility and marketing trade financing services, capital markets products and syndicated loan facilities to private banks, central banks and top tier private, multinational and public sector companies in her coverage area. Tere obtained a real estate license and a Brokers license in 2002 and 2003, respectively. Since 2002, year-to-date October 2007, Shelton has sold over $1.5 billion in residential and commercial properties. Shelton is best known in the luxury and waterfront residential and multifamily commercial market.
